Overview

is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because
it is so powerful and so rare.”
Getting the job done successfully, reaching organizational goals and
providing quality products and services require optimal team work.
Kreative Learning Solutions provides workshops that ensure employees
the competencies they need to work effectively with each other and
develop a positive work climate. Our workshops provide the skill set
to accomplish personal and team goals through collaboration, effective
communication, group problem solving and conflict resolution.
Combining skills and knowledge with hands-on application activities,
experiential activities, team assessment and individual assessment,
Kreative Learning Solutions works with your organization's team
to develop the competencies, skills, knowledge and apply the behaviors.
Our goal is not only to improve the results of a team’s work
(the what) but to maximize the interpersonal process
(the how) your
teams work together. It is the people, interpersonal skills and work
styles that impact results.
Course length:
Courses vary in length from one-half to three days, with 1 - 2 hours
online. Kreative Learning Solutions will work with you to customize any program
to meet your organizational needs and learning and development goals.

Choice of formats:
Team development programs are available as on-line self-study, in-class
workshops, or a blend of on-line and in-class workshops. Organizational
training departments may choose to deliver any of these programs in-house.
