Overview
Today’s business requires interpersonal and
managerial knowledge and abilities. Successful relationships
must be built up, down and across the organization.
Kreative Learning Solutions' workshops offer leaders
and managers not just concepts
but also skills to be practiced and applied throughout the
workshop and immediately - on the job.
Participants learn how to manage new responsibilities,
resolve conflicts, and make decisions. They explore
and renew leadership strategies: motivating team
members to meet goals, coaching for effective performance
and behavior, delegating to develop others, and
adapting appropriate management styles to fit the
situation.
To ensure the transfer of learned skills to applied
skills, Kreative Learning Solutions recommends
a personal coaching session with our training consultant
several weeks after the workshop. A step that's
proven to be essential to a
more meaningful workshop experience, participants receive coaching and feedback
specific to their personal situation and action
plan.
Choice of formats:
Management and leadership programs are available as on-line self-study,
in-class workshops, or a blend of on-line and in-class workshops.
Course length:
Courses vary in length from one-half to three days, with 1 - 2 hours
online.
