Trainer Development Workshops

Overview
Kreative Learning Solutions offers trainers tools and tips to increase their effectiveness in the classroom. These workshops provide trainers with the skills and knowledge of adult learning theory, effective training techniques, and an understanding of their personal training styles.

Trainers learn how to develop objectives and courseware, deliver training programs using different tools and techniques, and achieve and evaluate the desired outcomes of the course. They get the opportunity to freshen and update their skills and practice these skills with their own training materials.

Choice of formats:
Team development programs are available as on-line self-study, in-class workshops, or a blend of on-line and in-class workshops. Organizational training departments may choose to deliver any of these programs in-house. Facilitator Kits and train-the-trainer options are available.
Course length:
Courses vary in length from one-half to three days, with 1 - 2 hours online. Kreative Learning Solutions will work with you to customize any program to meet your organizational needs and learning and development goals.
